Product planning and definition: Based on market dynamics, user needs, and company planning, identify market opportunities, assess demand, and be responsible for product planning, product definition and iteration, solution design, selection support, and scenario testing. Collaborate with multiple departments such as R&D, marketing, and sales to clarify product concepts and detailed specifications, write product requirement documents (PRD), and drive product approval and development processes.
2. Market research and analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the electric gripper application industry, track competitor dynamics and product user feedback and demand changes, provide basis for product planning, and be responsible for maintaining sustained competitiveness of the product.
3. Project management and promotion: Lead the development project of electric gripper products, follow up on the product realization process, pay attention to key project nodes, control the quality of product realization, organize project meetings, communication and coordination meetings, and report progress in a timely manner.
4. Product lifecycle management: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of electric gripper products, including product introduction, launch, operation, iteration, and delisting. Explore the core selling points of the product, participate in the product launch process, and assist in formulating product pricing, marketing, and other strategies.
5. Process and Empowerment: Based on industry best practices and the company's current situation, continuously optimize the new product development process, propose targeted improvement measures, and promote implementation. Prepare product specifications and user manuals, responsible for importing and training new product information.
6. Technical research and innovation: Pay attention to the development trends of electric gripper related technologies, connect with third-party hardware suppliers and partners, and complete the import of relevant resources.

2. Work experience: More than 5 years of product management experience, with priority given to product management experience in electric grippers, other types of end effectors, robots, and other related fields.
3. Familiar with product development processes and lifecycle management, with NPDP certification preferred.
4. Possess good project management skills, with PMP certification preferred.
5. Possess abilities in market analysis, communication and coordination, document writing, and data analysis.
6. Familiarity with professional knowledge such as the working principle, structural design, control system, and drive technology of electric grippers is preferred.
7. Possess good communication and coordination skills as well as teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel from different departments to jointly promote the achievement of product goals.
