2. Achieve sales targets for the company's gripper series standard products and non-standard gripper products;
3. Based on understanding of industry processes, develop industry development strategies, expand markets and customer resources;
4. Develop and participate in industry promotion plans, including exhibitions, industry forums, industry summits, etc;
5. Participate in training activities to provide professional training for sales, distributors, and customers, and promote industry solutions;
6. Responsible for regular sales data statistics, reporting, and analysis work;
7. Complete other tasks arranged by the company.

1. Identify with the company's corporate culture, possess innovative and enterprising spirit, and have strong work resilience;
2. University degree or above, engineering background, mechanical, automation, electrical majors are preferred;
3. More than 5 years of work experience and 3 years of industry related experience, with customer resources or technical background preferred;
4. Able to accept nationwide business trips;
5. Strong communication and expression skills, good logic, strong service orientation, customer-oriented;
6. Proactive, good at teamwork, strong execution ability and pressure resistance.
