Senior Mechanical Engineer - Agile Hand

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the structural design, transmission design, simulation, production validation, mass production maintenance, etc. of robot end effectors and related products;
2. Proficient in conventional mechanical structures, principles, mechanical processing, and other related knowledge, proficient in the design of industrial robotic arms;
3. Responsible for the overall and detailed internal structural design of the product, and outputting 3D, 2D drawings, BOM, SOP and other process documents; Prepare technical specifications, processing and assembly process documents, and scheme design reports and other technical documents;
4. Assemble product prototypes, assist in solving technical problems during the production process, and iterate and update product design;
5. New product development planning, formulation of R&D standards, and implementation of optimized R&D management system;
6. Participate in the review work of various stages of research and development, tackle technical difficulties, etc;
7. Assist in maintaining or resolving faults and root causes that occur during product operation at customer sites;
8. Other tasks arranged by the leader.

Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, mechanical and electronic engineering and other mechanical related majors. Priority consideration will be given to graduates from key universities;
2. Have more than 5 years of experience in mechanical design, including at least 1-2 years of experience in the design and development of robot end effectors such as grippers and dexterous hands, and have gone through a complete product development cycle;
3. Have project experience throughout the entire process from product concept design to mass production, familiar with various aspects of the product development process, including market research, requirement analysis, scheme design, detailed design, sample production, testing and verification, production introduction, and after-sales technical support;
4. Proficient in CAD, Solidworks and other design and drawing tools. Those who are proficient in motion simulation analysis are preferred;
5. Proficient in mechanical transmission principles and design, familiar with the characteristics, design calculation methods, and application scenarios of various transmission modes such as gear transmission, belt transmission, chain transmission, and screw transmission, and able to select and design transmission systems reasonably according to product performance requirements;
6. Gain a deep understanding of the principles and technologies of mechanical drives, master the characteristics and applications of drive modes such as electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic, and be familiar with motors Cylinder、 Selection and control methods of hydraulic cylinders and other driving components, as well as integrated design with mechanical structures;
7. Familiar with manufacturing processes such as metal processing, 3D printing, wire cutting, etc., familiar with the properties, processing techniques, and surface treatment methods of common engineering materials;
8. Strong learning ability and work responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills.
