The 2024 "Artificial Intelligence Million Dollar International Entrepreneurship Competition" is jointly organized by the Shenzhen Research Institute of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Research and Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The judging panel is composed of digital professors in the field of artificial intelligence from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. They conduct rigorous academic evaluations on the participating projects to ensure their innovation and practicality. At the competition venue, numerous technology entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts gathered together to witness the feast of the technology industry. During the speech, Professor Zheng Guangting, Vice President (Research and Development) of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, stated that the Million Dollar International Entrepreneurship Competition has become a strong brand in the field of science and technology innovation at the university, providing an important platform for showcasing and exchanging ideas with numerous technology innovators. He encourages the participating projects to fully demonstrate their core advantages and strive to obtain more investment and cooperation opportunities.

At the same time, Li Lejun, a Hong Kong University of Science and Technology EMBA alumnus and Chairman of Sichuan Junhe Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., also expressed his affirmation and support for the competition in his speech on site. He stated that the competition not only promotes the development of innovation and entrepreneurship, but also showcases the spirit of young people's courage to explore and pursue their dreams.

In addition, the competition also invited numerous industry experts and scholars to give keynote speeches and roundtable dialogues, providing valuable industry insights and entrepreneurial suggestions for the participating projects. Professor Haijun, a professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and director of the International Design Management Research Center at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, gave a keynote speech on "Resource Thinking and Innovation Logic", delving into the forefront trends of scientific and technological innovation and providing new perspectives for entrepreneurs.

After the competition, a grand award ceremony and cocktail party were also held. At the award ceremony, members of the investment committee presented generous bonuses and certificates of honor to the award-winning projects.
