He has dedicated himself to the R&D and industrialization of core technologies—specifically embodied intelligence and flexible robotic end-effectors. Recognized as a "Gusu Entrepreneurial Leader" in Suzhou and an "Industrial Professor" in Jiangsu Province, Dr. Bai has led his team in achieving breakthroughs in numerous critical technologies; the core products developed under his leadership are now widely deployed in high-end sectors such as aerospace and industrial manufacturing.

Under his leadership, Changingtek Robotics has rapidly evolved into a national high-tech enterprise, a national technology-based SME, and a specialized, sophisticated, and innovative SME in Jiangsu Province. The company has secured over 150 intellectual property rights to date and successfully completed a Series B financing round raising nearly 100 million RMB, establishing a comprehensive service chain spanning from R&D to industrialization—thereby injecting innovative momentum into the transformation and upgrading of my country's high-end manufacturing sector.
