The rapid implementation of embodied intelligence and robotic dexterous manipulation makes high-quality multimodal data integrating tactile, vision and pose information a core necessity for algorithm training, motion reproduction and force control research and development. Changingtek Robotics officially launches the YouCai Data Acquisition Gripper. Equipped with professional-grade tactile perception, sub-millimeter positioning accuracy and high-frame-rate synchronous acquisition, combined with self-developed software platform, cross-platform compatibility and full-series isomorphic design, it provides a one-stop data acquisition solution for robot R&D, precision operation data collection and algorithm verification.


1. Professional Tactile Perception to Truly Restore Grasping Interaction


It is equipped with high-sensitivity tactile arrays with a spatial resolution of 2.34 taxels/cm², supporting tactile pressure collection from 0 to 160N and delivering high-precision force detection up to 0.1N. It accurately captures contact distribution, grasping force and surface texture interaction information, and stably collects tactile data of objects with different materials and shapes. It perfectly restores details of human-robot and robot-object interaction, meeting the demands of advanced scientific research and force control studies including fine manipulation, constant force control and subtle force perception.



2. Ultra-high Precision Positioning for Accurate Full-dimensional Pose Collection


Fitted with high-precision sensing modules, the device achieves XYZ triaxial spatial positioning accuracy of 0.7mm, RPY pose accuracy of 0.01°, and trajectory reconstruction accuracy better than 5mm. It runs stably without drift and features minimal errors throughout collection. Integrating three core sensors namely Vive Tracker, 2K 2D camera and magnetic encoder, it fully and accurately records motion trajectories, angle changes and clamping postures, supplying ultra-high-fidelity raw data for robot teaching and learning, dexterous motion reproduction and precision assembly algorithm training.



3. High-frame-rate Synchronization for Delay-free Alignment of Multi-source Data


The device works at a unified output frequency of 30Hz and adopts a 130° ultra-wide-angle fisheye lens to realize synchronous collection of vision, pose, force and tactile data. No frame loss or delay occurs even in high-speed dynamic operation scenarios, ensuring highly aligned data. Sensor data is output in JSON format and video streams adopt H.264 encoding standard. Fully compatible with mainstream systems such as Windows, it can be quickly connected to various algorithm training platforms and data processing tools, greatly reducing the cost of secondary data processing.



4. Dual-ecology Adaptation for Seamless Multi-platform Compatibility


Embedded with Changingtek Robotics' exclusive self-developed data acquisition software platform, it supports real-time data analysis and visual display with simple and efficient operation procedures. It also features excellent openness and compatibility with mainstream robot control software and algorithm training platforms on the market. It can be rapidly integrated into existing projects without replacing original R&D equipment and software ecosystems, effectively lowering adaptation costs and deployment barriers for scientific research and industrial application.



5. Isomorphic Design for Homologous Adaptation


The YouCai Data Acquisition Gripper adopts Changingtek Robotics' exclusive standardized R&D architecture, and is mainly adapted to the company's self-developed gripper series, which have been applied by nearly a hundred embodied intelligence manufacturers at home and abroad. The acquisition gripper shares unified R&D standards, consistent motion logic and communication protocols with working grippers, realizing in-depth homologous adaptation between acquisition equipment and operating terminals. Compared with cross-brand and cross-device collection solutions, the homologous and isomorphic design perfectly matches the actual working status of grippers. The collected data is highly consistent with real working conditions, effectively avoiding problems like mismatched data dimensions, data redundancy and invalid collection, and preventing data resource waste. Meanwhile, we have a complete product portfolio covering grippers and acquisition grippers of different loads and specifications. Users can flexibly match and switch devices along with project iteration and scenario upgrading, with full data interoperability. 6. Lightweight & Easy Deployment for Long-term Stable Data Collection


Featuring lightweight design, the whole device weighs only 600g with a compact structure. Its dimension is 247*160*232mm when fully open and 247*98*232mm when fully closed. The two-finger clamping structure is suitable for data collection of various objects. It supports serial port communication and PC server storage, and the tracker has a battery life of up to 4 hours. It fully meets the requirements of long-time uninterrupted data collection in laboratory research, production line testing, field experiments and other scenarios. It is portable, easy to deploy and ready for immediate use.
